Write to Us
We like hearing from readers. A question about one of our guides, an idea for something we have not covered yet, or a note that a step no longer works on the latest version of an app: all of it helps us make the site more useful.
How to reach us
Email is the only channel we use: reach@hostrehberi.com. The form on this page is a shortcut to the same address. It opens your own email program with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send there. We do not run a phone line, a postal address for readers or social media accounts that we answer from.
What helps us reply quickly
- A link to the guide in question, or at least its title.
- For technical questions, the device and operating system you are using.
- For a suspected mistake, the sentence in question and, if you have one, a source we can check.
- A subject line that sums up your question in a few words.
Where we can help, and where we cannot
We are glad to clarify something we wrote, suggest which of our guides covers your question, or consider a topic for a future article. We cannot give personal financial, legal, tax, medical or immigration advice, review individual contracts, or recommend a specific provider for your situation. For those, a qualified professional is the right person to ask.
Commercial proposals reach the same inbox and are answered when time permits, after reader questions.
Ideas for new guides
Some of our most useful articles began as a single reader question. If you keep searching for a clear explanation of something in home technology, small-business routines or life in another country and cannot find one, describe the problem in a few lines. We cannot promise to cover every suggestion, but we keep a list and return to it whenever we plan the next set of articles.
Corrections
If you think an article contains an error, please tell us. Our page on how we handle errors explains what we check and how changes are shown on the page.
When to expect an answer
We are a small team, so replies can take a few days, longer during holidays. Every message is read, even when we cannot answer each one individually. Your email is used only to reply to you, as described on our data protection page.
A quick word
Where your email lands
Emails to this address land with the four of us who write the site. There is no call centre or ticket queue, just people reading messages between drafts.
That keeps things personal, but it also means a reply can take a few days. If your question is about your own money, contract or visa, the answer you need will come from a professional, and we will say so kindly.

Before you write
Questions people often ask us
Can you recommend a provider or product for me?
We do not recommend specific companies for individual readers. Our guides explain what to compare, so you can judge offers yourself.
Can I suggest a subject for a guide?
Yes. Send a line or two on the topic and the question you would like answered; every suggestion is read, even if not every one becomes a guide.
I found an error. What should I include?
The article link, the sentence you think is wrong and, if you have one, where you found the correct information.
Could you write about something I need?
Yes, please. Describe the problem you are trying to solve; reader questions shape much of our writing plan.
Will my email be added to a list?
No. We use your address only to reply, and we have no newsletter or mailing list.
